Q. What time do I need to drop my pet(s) off for their grooming appointment?
A. You may drop your pet(s) off anytime between the time we open (depending on the location you choose) and 10am Monday through Friday and between opening time and 9am on Saturday for their grooming appointment.  The reason for this is because your pet must be bathed and completely dry before the groomer can work their magic on your pet and get them in tip top shape and home to you as soon as possible. Please call for alternate times.
Q. What time can I drop my pet off for boarding?
A. For your convenience, you may drop your pet off anytime during regular business hours.
Q. What time can I tour your boarding facility?
A. You are welcome to look at our facility anytime Monday through Friday between the hours of 1pm and 3pm. Holidays are excluded.
Q. Why do you only give kennel tours between 1 and 3pm?
A. Our dogs and cats are our first priority. We feed, water, let them out to potty, clean and play with them throughout the day and cannot interrupt the process to give tours. During the hours of 1 to 3 is generally their nap time and works out best for tours. During the holidays and some weekends we may have up to 100 dogs and we simply do not have the time for tours. We love each and every dog as if they were our own and treat them as such.
Q. What is daycare? How much does it cost? What will I need to bring?
A. Daycare is a wonderful program for those who work, have a new puppy, want to socialize their dog or just need a break from time to time. Dogs over 25lbs play outside in our play area. Dogs under 25lbs play in our indoor play area when the outside area is occupied.
A. For dogs over 25lbs the cost is $8 per day, For dogs under 25lbs the cost is $5 per day.
A. The only thing you need to bring are shot records and your dog. Your dog must be able to play nice with the other dogs in order to participate in our Doggy Daycare program!
Q. How long can I board my pet at your facility?
A. We have both short term and long term programs available for boarding. Please contact us at 931-647-0586 for long term boarding solutions.
